This UHC line of business is responsible for serving those who are most vulnerable and of need. Specifically Medicaid and other state based health plans. The leader of this team will be responsible for end-to-end business management of all digital initiatives ranging from digital marketing execution, to digital service delivery. The Director of Digital Marketing will report directly to the Head of Digital. Primary Responsibilities:Manage a team of 10+ direct reports, agencies and partner with colleagues across three distinct functional marketing areas- B2B, B2C (Acquisition and Member)This role also requires partnership with UnitedHealth Group enterprise colleagues and stakeholders who are tasked with establishing distinct strategies and tactics, operational execution, and cross channel experiencesResponsible for strategic planning, prioritization of functional improvements, implementation of road-maps, and innovationStrong relationship skills are a must, this role will be responsible for communication with the UHC C&S business and Sr. ManagementManage cross - functional relationships within sales , marketing, creative services, technology, research, analytics, and product teams to ensure a consistent message across audience touch points to maximize results Drive use of digital analytics to provide insights and with recommendations to reach targeted audiences in new ways and improve digital marketing ROI, future recommendations and overall strategies Collaborate with business leaders both internal / external partners (advertising and media agencies) to lead our B2B digital marketing vision and roadmap, aligned with UHC technology, platforms and systemsStay curious and maintain awareness of progressive marketplace 'best practice' and industry trendsActs as an overall digital SME for the Digital Marketing team

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Digital, Communications, Marketing or Agency7+ years people management experience 7+ years of marketing and digital experience with in a matrix organization Proficiency in Microsoft suite(Office, Visio and Project ), Adobe Suite (AEM, Analytics,Target), Email Platforms (ie Salesforce, Epsilon)Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguityDemonstrated ability to manage people and prioritize deliverablesProven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity Careers at UnitedHealthcare Community & State.
