As the Senior Associate Director for Marketing and Communications you will establish and execute on a comprehensive marketing campaign managing simultaneously recruitment, application, yield, matriculation, and financial aid strategies. You will create, improve, and maintain content across marketing channels and support media relations and branding initiatives across the MBA program. Deep, innovative, hands-on knowledge of CRM technology, social media, video, print, and web platforms is required, along with a real interest in the Admissions process.
As an active, contributing member of the Admissions Committee, the Senior Associate Director of Marketing and Communications is also responsible in part for delivering an extremely high caliber, diverse class each year. This individual will evaluate applicants for admission, engage in the interview process, and play an active role in yield and recruitment initiatives.
The Sr. AD of Marketing and Communications sits in a unique position, working within the construct of the Admissions Committee as well as with constituents across the School and marketing professionals both internal and external. The ability to move between groups and advocate for the needs of multiple stakeholders including the Office of Admissions and the MBA Program as a whole is critical.
The Sr. AD of Marketing and Communications reports to the Director of Admissions and manages the office’s brand and marketing strategies using a multi-channel approach to engage with a global audience throughout their Admissions journey.
