The Scientific Writer/Technology Marketing Associate is responsible for developing and preparing marketing content and marketing materials for new technologies developed at the University and coordinating the marketing efforts for the University's intellectual property portfolio. This position involves ensuring a consistent approach to marketing those technologies and implementing marketing strategies.
The incumbent will write the technical content for marketing slicks and assist the licensing managers in marketing technologies and the Innovation Institute Office of Technology Management services to internal and external constituents, including education of faculty and preparation of informational brochures and materials.
The individual will also be responsible for developing technology related content for the office website, social media, and special projects as needed, including assisting with editing office publications.
