Primary role objectives: Drive the web marketing strategy and offering for Americas with direction from Web Marketing Director Be recognized as a subject matter expert and specialist in the delivery of web marketing channel solutions—for the brand and business—and an excellent project manager Influence culture and fee-earners to drive adoption of web marketing processes and programs with the goal of online engagement for lead generation and brand awareness Drive vendor/agency funded activities, manage supplier relationships, and effectively manage budgets as needed
Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing effective and innovative web marketing programs that build brand awareness, increase engagement, drive business development. These include:
Driving online traffic to the company website through a range of web channels including SEO, SEM / PPC, display advertising and content syndication
Implementing campaigns using personalization, marketing automation and demand generation processes utilizing owned and third-party tools to drive business goals
Optimizing traffic within existing channels through analytics
Continuously researching new channels and opportunities for inbound demand generation programs
Support corporate public relations and social media campaigns through content dissemination across all web assets
Develop insights and reporting on web marketing program success and recommendations for improvement using web analytic tools.
Project manage the roll-out of new web technology across CBRE Americas planning for business impacts, communications and training.
Responsible for creating scalable training programs and supporting material for that can be used by geography and product marketing teams to accelerate and consistently execute high quality marketing programs aligned with corporate goals and strategies.
Liaise with internal and external partners—including IT, Business and Marketing leadership, and web team members—to launch, maintain, troubleshoot, improve and assess web channels.
Continuously assess and improve corporate web platform usability by understanding the business and keeping abreast of all relevant developments in the web marketing channel world.
Provide management oversight for web production, as well as supervisory oversight team workload.

Experience & Qualifications A minimum of 4 year-education in a relevant field i.e. marketing, communication, web / digital
6 years experience in marketing or relevant field
Experience working directly with product marketing and engineering teams to provide clear business cases and requirements
A minimum of 1 year supervisory or management experience
Prior experience with website upgrades
Knowledge of best-in-class CMS and marketing automation technologies; experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud technologies is a plus
Knowledge of SEM and SEO technologies such as Google Adwords, Google Search Console, SEMRush, etc.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of Java, PHP, SQL or other coding programs is a plus
