1. Serve as the OCS point person to Yale College, Yale's Office of Institutional Research, the Office of Development, and the Yale Faculty of Arts & Sciences for data collection and reporting of Yale College summer and postgraduate outcomes. 2. Work closely with OCS Director, faculty and departments across Yale to assist with the analysis of OCS data needed by departments for internal and external reporting, including reaccreditation of academic programs and grant requests. 3. Collaborate with the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences Dean's Office and the Director of the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs to plan consistent data collection efforts of graduate students and postdocs. 4. Manage all technology initiatives of OCS including an Artificial Intelligence BOT, multiple technology vendors for specialized career services, CRM platform and marketing automation tools, and the OCS career management system (Symplicity). 5. Provide regular recommendations to the OCS team around marketing and technology best practices and conduct regular training to OCS staff on technology enhancements and new services. 6. Provide training to the professional schools on the use of the Yale Career Network, the Yale University alumni career database maintained in Symplicity. 7. Develop a marketing strategy for employers (by industry) including the design, creation and management of the distribution of regular communication to stakeholders. 8. Working with the Director of Employer Relations, regularly assess the career interests of Yale students and oversee the communication with and the recruitment of employers to participate in a suite of recruiting options, including career fairs, consortium events, on-campus recruiting and job postings. 9. Collaborate on the delivery of workshops, networking events and other opportunities that meet both employer and student career needs. Determine program evaluation results and modify programs accordingly. 10. Create and execute an annual communications plan to key stakeholders using relevant channels. Create a robust social media campaign of OCS programs, and create content and design OCS publications for print, web and presentation. 11. Other duties as assigned.
