Develops comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to enhance Student Affairs brand recognition. Provides expertise in current and emerging marketing trends and initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned. JOB DUTIES:
45% - Essential - Strategic Planning:
Provides strategic direction, oversight, and resource management to enhance the division's brand position, raises awareness of its distinct attributes, and effectively engages key audiences including prospective students, current students, and parents. Creates and standardizes metrics and analytics to assist in measuring the impact of efforts (includes departments).
25% - Essential - Campaigns:
Manages marketing campaigns across multiple digital marketing channels including email, social, display advertising, mobile, web and video (print when applicable). Performs market analysts to gain a greater understanding of the division's market position, target markets, market size, and marketing channels to inform decisions and make efficient use of marketing expenditures.
20% - Essential - Supervision:
Supervises content creation staff/interns and oversees the strategic use of digital marketing tools to disseminate brand messages and achieves division-level awareness and other objectives.
10% - Essential -Knowledge:
Develops knowledge of emerging marketing technologies, trends, and seeks out further learning opportunities and comparisons within Higher Education. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree and experience related to the development and dissemination of informational material. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communication, Marketing, or Advertising degree preferred.
