The Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting the Membership Department in the planning and implementation of major fundraising and membership initiatives, both on and off air. The Marketing Associate manages and improves efficiencies within member services by maintaining donor records and communicating with listeners. The Marketing Associate engages and cultivates relationships with related vendors and volunteers to encourage growth, and manages interns in the Membership department by hiring, training, and delegating tasks to them. The Marketing Associate is also responsible for premium fulfillment and monitoring premium inventory.
B.A./B.S, one to three years of related experience.
