Perform advanced administrative duties and coordinate daily operations to align college communications and marketing strategies with those of the Enrollment Management, College Life and Student Development offices. Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field and three years of full time experience working in marketing and promotions using print and digital media. Experience working in higher education marketing and communications preferred, but not required.
Experience with, and the ability to learn and adapt to additional technology used in the field for:
- Productivity (e.g., collaboration, project management, file management) Preferred tools: Microsoft Teams, Trello, Skype for Business, Dropbox
- Marketing (e.g., customer relationship management, data analysis, business intelligence) Preferred tools: Hobsons Connect, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau

Write copy for the web, email, social media and print based on college brand messages, communication goals and audience research.
Coordinate design and production of print and digital communications, including direct mail publications, collateral materials, web content, email marketing campaigns and social media messaging.
Contribute web content to the college website using the college's content management system (CMS).
Build, manage and execute responsive communication plans using the college's recruitment customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Build and maintain CCBC brand identity and ensure consistency and relevance of message throughout all college communications.
