Advertised Summary Job Description: Under the direction of the Marketing/Outreach Manager, the Marketing/Outreach Coordinator is responsible for promoting and marketing the W. 51st Midtown ColumbiaDoctors/NYP Radiology practice and other practice sites, as needed. Specific responsibilities: promotes the practice; provides outreach services to potential referring physician offices in the tri-state area; including telephone contact, on-site visits, and presentation of marketing and informational materials. Assesses satisfaction of referring physicians and patients; recommend and implement changes based upon feedback. Participates in development of marketing strategy. Participates in development of promotional materials. Maintains up to date knowledge of market and competitors. Participates in development and presentation of physician seminars, continuing education materials, etc. Attends professional meetings as needed to reinforce outreach efforts. Conducts patient education programs as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
General Minimum Qualifications: Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience, plus three years of related experience.
Additional Specific Minimum Qualifications: Some marketing or outreach experience in radiology is required. Good communication skills. Experience in customer service. Must be very well organized and attentive to detail.
