Requirements Associate Director of Marketing - Office of Gift Planning The Associate Director of Marketing, Gift Planning is responsible for developing, executing and analyzing the marketing and stewardship strategies and planning for all Office of Gift Planning initiatives intended to increase department revenue and Legacy Society membership across Georgetown University. The Associate Director designs, manages and analyzes all direct mail marketing projects in an integrated and coordinated fashion to generate activity from new and existing planned gift donors, target and cultivate prospective donors, manage and update the department website and intranet, and position Gift Planning persuasively and attractively to donors and prospects through marketing. S/he will work closely with the Office of Advancement Stewardship, CPARC, Communications and Stewardship divisions; external vendors; and Development colleagues to craft strategy, messaging and segmentation to leverage and increase giving. S/he will also perform analysis of marketing performance and serve as a liaison to both internal and external clients/vendors. The Associate Director reports directly to the Senior Director of Gift Planning. This position manages department marketing and stewardship initiatives, working collaboratively with all Gift Planning staff; Advancement partners (Stewardship, Donor Relations, Special Events, Communications, etc.), alumni and friends; and outside vendors.
