USFN is looking for a fast-learning, multi-tasking, project-managing support staffer to round out our small(-ish) Trade Association staff in the mid-cities.
Ideally, we are searching for someone who has worked with or around associations, meetings & events, or professional education for at least 2-4 years with a combination of some or all of these skill sets:
Work with databases, including running reports, producing analytics and updating data
Experience with email marketing (constant contact or similar platform)
Experience with Event Apps and Websites
Customer Service experience/order taking/online support
Administration of webinar platforms for meetings and training
Without question, the role requires a team player with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and excellent communication skills.
