The Digital Sales Experience team looks after ANZ's web content platform, online sales capability, digital analytics and marketing/advertising platforms, agency relationships, and delivers targeted messages to existing customers in digital channels.
We are transforming our approach to marketing automation and digital prospect management, and are looking for a hands-on marketing automation specialist to support the design and implementation of multi-channel prospect lifecycle and nurturing programs using leading platforms (Adobe, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn), uplift existing communications activity, and set the benchmark for transforming marketing across the business.
Working alongside a senior marketer and a peer marketing automation specialist, you will work with our respective product owners to collaboratively design engaging omni-channel journeys focussed on helping our website visitors navigate through a complex buying journey, increasing conversion and reducing abandonment. You will leverage our platforms (Adobe Campaign/Analytics/Audience Manager/Target/Google/Social/ ) to test and implement these journeys, measure performance and optimise business outcomes. As part of a wider analytics and marketing community you will be looked to for best practice advice, and will help us transform the way we think about journeys today.
This is a role for a self-starter who can navigate their way through a complex business to test new approaches and challenge fixed mindsets. You have a captive audience of marketers and analysts who want to learn from your experience, and your natural collaboration and communication style will position you to grow as our resident expert.

To be successful in the role you will have:
3 years of experience using marketing automation tools in a digital environment (Adobe Campaign preferred)
Demonstrated experience in implementing complex multi-channel journeys
Hands-on experience working with databases
Some experience in digital analytics, personalisation and advertising platforms and techniques (Preferred: Adobe, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Strong stakeholder management & engagement skills
Commercial literacy and business acumen with a passion for fact-based decisions
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to inspire, mentor, coach and develop others
Knowledge of HTML and CSS and experience authoring emails
