Summary: The Marketing Specialist is part of a dynamic marketingand communications team and serves as marketing lead for service line(s) andphysician practice strategies. The person in this role will cultivate strong relationshipswith key stakeholders and build a deep knowledge of assigned physicianpractices and service lines. Success will be achieved through development andimplementation of strategic initiatives in support of Cook Children's growthand community goals for selected areas of focus as well as the system as awhole.
To help protect our name and reputation, this individual will bean expert of the Cook Children's brand and be able to ensure compliance andprovide direction to internal partners for all marketing, including collateral,advertising or digital products.
Must be self-motivated and ready to work in a fast paced,collaborative environment with fun people. The Marketing Specialist must havehigh level knowledge of all areas in the Strategic Marketing and Communicationsdepartment in order to know when to integrate other team members into projects.He/she will lead and/or work as part of a multidisciplinary team comprised ofmembers inside and outside the organization. To be successful in the role, theMarketing Specialist should have a positive, can-do attitude and a willingnessto constantly learn and improve in order to help internal partners thrive.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business,Public Relations, Communications or related field.
Minimum of three years in a similar role with a proven agencyand/or project management experience.
Strong analytics background, with problem-solving skills anddata-driven thinking.
Deep understanding of programmatic media buying and displaymarketing.
Extensive search/PPC and paid social media (Facebook, LinkedIn,Twitter) experience.
Experience with running global campaigns for internationalaudiences.
Robust knowledge in the latest trends and best practices in onlinemarketing and management.
Must have a consistently positive and optimistic attitude,collaborative spirit and a talent for maintaining enthusiasm for projects
Preferred skills: experience with Powerpoint, Excel, Marketo andSalesForce Marketing Cloud.
