An a2e account manager provides administrative and customer service support to a2e’s Director of Branded Merchandise and CEO. With a daily focus on maintaining a high level of awareness of active a2e projects, a2e account coordinators duties include being detail-oriented in project management skills and excelling in professional communication both internally and externally. RESPONSIBILITIES Managing projects from start to finish. Ideas presented to the clients that fit budget and goals. Liaison between clients and vendors to ensure product is ordered and delivered. Lead on all client calls to ensure clients goals are met. Prioritizing projects based on incoming projects and current workload Requesting and reviewing vendor quotes Verifying production specs Creating and/or providing feedback on project estimates and timelines Maintaining current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate
Daily communication with company warehouse and fulfillment center in regards to new and ongoing projects Creative concepting for projects - including crowdsourcing within the a2e team
QUALIFICATIONS 2-3 years experience in project management, sales account management, or account coordination Experience in corporate promotions industry Highly focused on customer service and satisfaction with a solution oriented mindset Strong negotiation and motivational skills Excellent communication skills Copy writing skills High level of organization and detail oriented Strong work ethic Willing to think quickly and be flexible in a dynamic work environment Creative ideas and a love for brainstorming sessions High competency level on computer and software skills compatible with job responsibilities – Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop, InDesign Quickbooks experience is a plus
