As a member of the NBCRNA marketing communications team, the Marketing Communications Manager (MCM) will help shape how CRNAs value their credential, and will develop and support efforts associated with increasing CRNA awareness, understanding and education about NBCRNA's credentialing programs, initiatives and offerings.
The MCM is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans for NBCRNA products and services, tracking/metrics of campaigns, and reporting, as well as administrative and marketing communications support for several NBCRNA Communications Department activities; this may include providing support for the Communications Committee. Provide creative writing services for campaigns, website, and materials, as needed, and operational writing for various reports. Assist in project planning and management, and work with outside agencies on key initiatives, ensuring that pre-established work scope is followed. Manage marketing projects including focus group coordination, campaign effectiveness metrics, coordinate details with marketing communications-related vendor(s), and manage all aspects of assigned communications initiatives/projects on a day-to-day basis.
Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns for the NBCRNA’s products and services
Track campaign metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend adjustments to meet goals
Provide detailed project plans and timelines to monitor and track
Organize and prioritize projects in accordance with NBCRNA strategic plan
Manage project scope and schedule with outside agencies, and identify resources needed; maintain relationships with consultants/vendors.
Assist with data review and analysis, focus group coordination/other feedback, analyze feedback and apply to marketing outreach/campaigns.
Monitor the progress of marketing activities.
Review data/website/analytics/environment and identify opportunities/gaps; and develop and implement marketing plans to address those
Provide regular reports on marketing outreach performance for NBCRNA Board of Directors, Communications Committee, and other.
Track behaviors, identify personas, and develop or expand marketing initiatives for our certifications and products
Identify industry trends and new developments that will impact NBCRNA’s strategic plan and success
Collaborate with the digital media and communications associates on various department initiatives
Analyze current data, research and recommend approaches to meet our strategic plan goals as they relate to marketing communications
Periodically work on complementary research projects with the Research department, and may supervise staff.

Minimum five years of experience in marketing/communications; agency experience preferred.
Non-profit or professional credentialing experience a plus.
