We are seeking a motivated, self-driven individual to join our team. This position requires heavy volumes of cold prospecting via telephone, email, and mass marketing efforts in order to secure new clients. Typical duties include extensive research on applicable leads (first 3 months), daily cold calling, and assisting with quarterly mailing efforts, as needed.
This role will report directly to the SVPs of Business Development.

Goals of the Position:
Assist in increasing new revenue at a pace of $10mm/year
Qualify leads by way of research, cold calling, emailing, and marketing
Manage an extensive lead list through a CRM system
Provide support to the SVPs of Business Development
Light – 5% or less
Success rate of efforts in prospecting to actual meetings or RFI/RFP opportunities
2-3 years of customer service/sales, business to business experience
Strong track record of closed sales
Strong communicator with the ability to prioritize multiple customers and projects
Microsoft Office proficient
Salesforce CRM proficient
Knowledge of the ASI (Advertising Specialty Institute)/PPAI (Promotional Products Association International) industry, preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related field, preferred
