JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Write, edit, and proofread a variety of proposal types including private sector, municipal, state and local proposals, SF330’s, technical proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations for both in-house and external distribution.
- Work with the Director of Marketing to submit all proposals timely and appropriately per Request for Qualifications (RFQ) instructions.
- Coordinate and organize large amounts of technical and graphical information, including photography, proposal content, external subconsultant data, and marketing materials including brochures, handouts, etc.
- Interface with technical staff, graphics team, and Director of Marketing to create technically accurate and visually appealing marketing material
QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, media/PR, business, or related field
- Graphic design knowledge and experience; proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign and Photoshop
- Knowledge and experience with Standard Form 330 preparation a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
