 University of California Los Angeles Requisition Number: 33057 Salary: $4,700 - $11,717 monthly Position Description: The Senior Associate Director for Marketing, Communication and Staff Development is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic marketing and communication to enhance UCLA's presence and visibility within all markets via print, social media, and CRM. The individual oversees five functions, including marketing and communications, CRM, admission services and administrative units, customer service, and professional development. This role provides critical leadership in setting new direction for strategic communications and programmatic efforts, customer service functions, day-to-day running of the office, and long-term professional development strategies for all staff. The incumbent serves as liaison between and collaborates with Undergraduate Admission and other campus units, e.g. Strategic Communications, and others involved in the development of marketing materials, and the overall recruitment, enrollment and academic success of undergraduates. The incumbent represents UCLA and Undergraduate Admission to internal and external constituents, and participates in university and systemwide committees. Additionally, this position serves as a senior member of Undergraduate Admission leadership, resource team and is involved in applicant review and selection.
