This individual will lead and be responsible for managing the delivery of KNA Digital Marketing services for different brands, products, and partners. They will guide the development of marketing strategies to help achieve stated business objectives, focusing on unique opportunities for digital media to help drive profitable growth. Using their business acumen and management experience, they will help the organization improve overall digital performance by creating strategies to optimize media investment.
Provides digital marketing subject matter expertise when collaborating with internal teams and clients to empower us to exceed our business objectives.
Consults with clients and internal stakeholders to decide and implement optimal channel/inventory mix.
Helps to provide oversight on the planning, implementation, development and or servicing of new marketing ideas for clients and internal teams.
Will be responsible for leading a digital marketing team.
Works with Marketing Analytics leadership to implement infrastructure required to buy and optimize digital media.
Works with the Trading Desk team to implement and monitor client insertion orders.
Manages communications projects for various components of the marketing life cycle or services.
Helps to develop, execute and/or provide service management of marketing objectives.
Prepares & presents materials/findings both internally and externally for the marketing communications area he or she supports.
Provides client insights and strategies which help enable internal & external teams deliver results that exceed objectives.
Creates buy-in from multiple constituents in a collaborative cross-functional environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
10+ years of related experience, in a progressive digital marketing leadership role
Must have strong communication and management skills
DV 360, SA 360, Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics IQ, and/or DSP Certification
Demand-side Platform, Facebook Business Manager, Google Marketing Platform, GSuite experience
Strong customer service, leadership, and project management experience
Experienced in demand planning, risk analysis, research and data identification
Collaborative, attentive to detail, strategic orientation related to client engagement
