Lacuna Health is recruiting a Director of Sales to join the leadership team. This is a remote position.
As a wholly owned subsidiary of a $3B healthcare giant we enjoy the flexibility of a small organization and the support of a large one. We're seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team, develop strategies and programs to effectively market and sell our products, build the team and lead the growth efforts for our organization. Lacuna Health offers a wide array of contact center services and telephonic products in the health care space including Medical Answering Services, Appointment Setting, Nurse Triage, Remote Patient Monitoring, Disease Management and Outbound Health Campaigns. We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader who has sold these types of contact center solutions to physicians and physician groups, ACO's, healthcare systems and healthcare technology companies. You'll be a member of our Senior Management team and fill a key role in helping to grow and brand the organization. What you'll be doing....
Identify and drive strategy and initiatives to effectively grow the business
Hire and lead the Sales team focused on driving growth
Develop and deploy lead generation strategies and efforts
Identify areas of opportunity with prospects and clients to effectively sell our products
Grow the business profitably
Provide data-driven insight for decision making and additional investments
Working collaboratively throughout the organization to align efforts and product
3+ years of Sales Management experience leading Sales teams focused on Call Center operations or a related industry, preferably healthcare focused
Proven and demonstrable track record of business development and sales success
Demonstrated knowledge of sales processes and developing customer relationships
An excellent teacher, mentor and developer of talent
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Exceptional leadership, communication and management skills
Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation skills and business acumen
Team player who can collaborate effectively with others
Bachelor's Degree required
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
