Being the marketing lead (working closely with tech and Business Analytics teams) to onboard Martech solutions to drive efficiency in marketing.
Drive enhancements from marketing perspective for existing Martech platforms such as dynamic content platform and digital assets mgt platform - to bring us to the next level of marketing proficiency.
Being the change agent to operationalize the use of Martech platforms among marketing and product communities in the bank.
Champion the culture of experimentation among internal marketing and product communities to build hypotheses for testing marketing communications to improve conversions and performance of owned channels.
Partner with Business Analytics team to collect data insights for building a model to optimize effectiveness of marketing communications via AI. Drive learnings and insights to improve marketing effectiveness on owned channels.
Represent marketing in internal squad team projects related to Martech and marketing content experimentation
Focus on customer experience and journey on DBS/POSB's owned channels to increase customer engagement and to drive business metrics. The role will be critical to lay the foundation and level up the capabilities and effectiveness of owned channels to match that of paid advertising channels.
Push the boundary for innovative marketing ideas to deliver delightful customer journeys and meaningful engagement with marketing communications and campaigns.
Degree/Diploma in related disciplines like Marketing, Mass Communications or Advertising.
Minimum 5 years' working experience in related fields like Media, Marketing or Advertising - media or advertising agency experience will be a plus.
Good understanding and knowledge of marketing trends - particularly in Martech development and digital marketing.
Ability to work with creative agencies to create marketing content, as well as liaison with tech development team to drive business requirements.
A balanced of strategic and creative mind-set to build hypotheses to test, target and improve marketing communications to drive business metrics on owned channels.
Data-driven and embrace a strong discipline of campaign performance tracking to continuously optimize effectiveness of campaigns to deliver set goals.
Strong team player with good interpersonal, communications and negotiation skills.
Not afraid to be a change agent to champion adoption, buy-in and lead change in workflow and culture for internal communities in leveraging Martech.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess a good command of English language to handle some level of copywriting for marketing communications.
Good presentation skills with intermediate-level knowledge of Powerpoint.
Collaborative and resourceful. Meticulous, with an eye for details.
