Senior Director, Global Head of Marketing, Trammell Crow Company
This role is responsible for defining, leading and executing the marketing strategy for Trammell Crow Company, the leading U.S. development firm, its newly acquired U.K. operations, Telford Homes, and European Logistics offering, as well as any other international expansions. Key areas of responsibility include: 1) brand strategy and activation, including increasing visibility in target markets; 2) driving and elevating the perception of TCC relative to competitors target audience segments; 3) supporting international, national and local growth initiatives; and 4) overseeing the integration of TCC and Telford Homes marketing programs and 5) repositioning marketing as a business growth driver.
Location: This key role can sit in either Dallas, TX or London, UK
Be the 'face' of marketing, a go-to strategic leader and a trusted marketing partner for executive leadership and business unit leadership teams, with demonstrated ability to drive creative and innovative ideas that align to the firm's vision to be a world-class organization.
Oversee and support positioning and value proposition development, including go-forward brand strategy and ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the business strategy
Develop overall marketing strategy including internal and external activation (sponsorships, digital brand, advertising, thought leadership, events, speaking opportunities), lead generation (content marketing campaigns) and sales enablement activities (prospecting support, collateral, baseline content)
Help define and set the vision for expanding and integrating digital and content marketing capabilities, including overseeing all digital platforms
Manage TCC (US and EMEA) and Telford Homes marketing teams and oversee all local marketing SPOCs, managing by influence
Manage budget and ROI, including demonstrated ability to prudently invest company capital
Manage strong and effective relationships with third-party vendors and agencies
Utilize CBRE marketing platform and Centers of Excellence as needed for scale and leverage
To be considered for this role, you must have demonstrated experience in the following areas:
Senior marketing professional with a growth mindset in a broad based, hands-on Marketing role in advertising, property, financial services or professional services
Fluent in all aspects of the marketing and communications channel mix, including brand, public relations, internal communications, media buying, digital, print production and graphic design, social media, content marketing, events & sponsorships
Excellent people manager with proven ability to develop careers and create and inspire strong team dynamics across markets
Experience localizing global campaigns/initiatives for the US and EMEA regions
Ability to effectively manage budgets and enterprise planning processes
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional results based on strategic insight, from planning through to implementation
Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization, with excellent presentation and writing skills and the ability to prepare well-thought out written reports with metrics
Client focused, demonstrating an ability to provide quality service and strategic advice within the Marketing arena
Sound decision making capabilities, demonstrating an ability to create persuasive and compelling recommendations
Ability to work effectively as part of the Marketing team with the capacity to work cooperatively and in partnership with peers and executives
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and cultures
