The Part-Time Marketing and Communications Specialist will assist the Designer and Marketing Coordinator with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, targeting students that are designed to drive student participation in the Center's programs and services.
Create content for a variety of platforms including blogs, web, and social media.
Proofread and edit content before publishing.
Manage content calendars and ensure that the content remains consistent across all platforms.
Track web and social analytics and generate reports and presentations.
Conceptualize and design creative projects for digital and print media (posters, flyers, presentations, social media and website graphics, greeting cards and donor gifts) and also edit templates for posters, emails, and other marketing and communications materials.
High school diploma or GED.
Combinations of education and related experience may be considered.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Ability to effectively communicate. Organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Time management skills including the ability to multitask, manage a range of priorities, and meet deadlines in a busy environment. Ability to work under minimal supervision.

You will need access to a stable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
This position is based on the Bloomington, Indiana campus but is currently remote.
