The Admissions Office is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position.
This position supports the recruitment, marketing and yielding efforts of the Office of Admissions and Division of Enrollment Management at Oregon State University, including transfer recruitment initiatives. This position develops and delivers recruit and yield communications, manages the use of an admission Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and assists in implementing all digital admission strategies/solutions in support of transfer initiatives. This position also will assist in development and editing of marketing materials in support of these efforts.

Typically requires Bachelor's degree in field related to the discipline of the college, unit or department with professional communications and marketing experience.

Professional working knowledge of CRM software and implementation strategies.
Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
Ability to work effectively with teams.
Possess strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolving issues as they arise.
Experience in managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines.

This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a Criminal History Check and be determined to be position qualified as per OSU Standard 576-055-0000 et seq. Incumbents are required to self-report convictions and those in Youth Programs may have additional Criminal History Checks every 24 months.
Generally, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
